This portfolio will sunset upon its expiration on October 31, 2024.  There will not be a NASPO ValuePoint resolicitation for this portfolio.

The Commonwealth of Virginia has executed Master Agreements for Unmanned Aerial Systems (Drone) Services.  These Master Agreements provide best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity based on the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities. 

Contractors on the Master Agreements  provide a variety of unmanned aerial support (drone) service missions nationwide within the below defined Service Categories: 

• Emergency Support Services
• Law Enforcement Support Services
• Aerial Inspection or Mapping Data Services
• Agricultural and Gaming Support Services
• Agency Media Relations and Marketing Services

The Master Agreements may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.

Please note: Alegna, Inc. and Versa Integrity Group have opted not to renew their Master Agreement and, as of 10/31/2022, will no longer be available under this portfolio.

Please note: Charlotte UAV, DroneUp LLC, SkySkopes, LLC, and Tetra Tech have opted not to renew their Master Agreement and, as of 10/31/2023, will no longer be available under this portfolio.
