This contract is for convenience purchases as a walk-in customer at any Lowe's retail outlet for those public entities that choose to participate. This contract allows for a percentage discount on all inventory offered within the contractor’s store(s) for “Walk-in Building Supplies/Carpentry Supplies/Home Improvement Supplies and related materials.”

In order to be compliant with this contract, please order FOBs from Lowe's.
